What we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, business email address, company, country, the capability you are interested in, how you heard about us, and your message. Providing a telephone number is optional.
Alongside your submission we record technical context about the enquiry: the page you first arrived on, the page the form was submitted from, the referring website, and the campaign parameters utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and utm_term where they appear in the link you followed. This tells us which of our activities produced the enquiry, and it is stored with your record in our customer relationship management system.
Two further parameters, utm_content and gclid, are read from the link and held in your own browser's local storage so that campaign information survives if you visit several pages before getting in touch. They are not currently transmitted to us or stored in our systems. You can clear them at any time by clearing site data for this website in your browser settings.
If analytics is enabled, our analytics provider also collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and interactions like clicks on calls to action. Analytics identifiers are not linked to the personal details you submit.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to assess whether an engagement is a fit, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Aggregate analytics data is used to understand which pages and campaigns are useful.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use it for automated decision-making.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in our customer relationship management system, hosted by HubSpot, Inc., and in our business email. Website analytics, where enabled, are processed by Google. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and may store it in the United States.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the business relationship, and are reviewed periodically. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to the email address below and we will action the request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws including the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act.
You can block analytics cookies in your browser, or use a browser extension that blocks the analytics script. The contact form works with analytics blocked. Clearing site data for this website removes the campaign information held in your browser's local storage.
